An excellent remedy for constipation

Fiber Factor

The top secret of good health lies in natural fibers.Friends if you wish to remain energetic and enthusiastic for whole day then pay attention to your eating habits.

It's a well known fact that 'constipation'' breeds majority of illnesses. What causes constipation?Foods devoid of natural fibers, mainly bread and all the items made from refined flour, means bakery products. And upto some extent our habit of refining things.

All most all the grains, beans, vegetables and fruits have natural fibers in them mostly in the form of outer skin and husk but we habitually remove the skin.

Here are my tips to excellent health.

[1] Eeat some fruits {no juice}with the skin in your breakfast everyday without fail.
[2] Eat lots of green salads {never remove the skin}
[3]Eat chapatis made from thick flour.
[4]Chew your food well.
[5]Don't use mixer or food procesor in the kitchen.
Try sincerely my tips for a week and let me know about your result.

The power of Appreciation

APPRECIATION

Frankly speaking appreciation is a nourishment for the soul.Everyone instinctively craves for appreciation and believe me there is no exception.

Even the saints and seers love it.Appreciation has an extraordinary power to energise and enthuse us.It enhances our capacity to work.Appreciate a deserving person and he will do the impossible.

By constant appreciation I made my spouse an extraordinary cook.I made good teachers and managers by appreciation.'Dale Carnegie' used to say that even your dog needs appreciation.
If you don`t believe me,start practising it from today, appreciate your mom`s cooking, your spouse`s work and look, your colleague`s work or nature, your boss` good management.Find out something in everyone to be appreciated.

Appreciation is 'Butter'and everyone loves it if done rightly and at the right time.Beware of flattery.Appreciation comes out of heart and flattery from lips.
Comrades....I will appreciate your personal views about it.

Life without medicine.

Life without medicine.

Looking at the present health scenerio it appears that people have become hypochondriacs. They are completely ignorant of self-healing system. They don`t know that the best doctor in the world is within us and he is ever ready to heal us without any external help{of medicine}.
I have tried it and it works wonderful. It`s simply incredible.I have been learning and practising naturopathy for more than 2 decades.Even in emergency it works wonder.Barring a few exceptions this dormant doctor can almost all the ills and diseases provide we sincerely follow the laws of nature and create a conducive atmosphere so that this doctor can work efficiently.
I have observed that people are spending lots of money to get cure by modern medicines but many of them are not cured and their problem deteriorate with medicine. We have more spurious drugs than the real ones then doctors greed to make more money put the gullible and ignorant patients into real big troubles.
Many of them do not get any relief even after spending life-time`s saving. The vicious cycle of greedy doctors, druggists and pathologists have trapped the poor man in its clutches very badly that only death can set him free.
And there is nobody to check this growing menace of fake drugs and growing greeds of doctors.
Friends, believe me our body has its own miraculous healing power, trust it,assign it the work of repairing you and it will surprise you.Increase your knowledge of Nature cure.Nature cure means no medicine at all, common sense care and natural atmosphere,{surrounding}eat well, sleep well, work well, and eliminiate the waste matters properly and regularly and you will be fit n fine automatically.
If you want to learn more about how Nature cure works, write self-healing into google and you will find lots of useful stuff on the net and that too free.
I have my own website, giving free information to layman in a very simple language.

I wish that people should take maximum benefit of this god given facility.

Knowledge is the real "Asset"

Knowledge is the real "Asset"

Knowledge “The real asset”

The only indestructible asset is our knowledge.Nobody can snatch it from us, nobody can damage it, nobody can divide it and it's portable so that you can carry it whereever you want without feeling the burden of it.

And nobody can see it unless you show.It brings us the real happiness. We can improve the quality of our life with right knowledge. In fact the real happiness does not lie in things,it's in our mind,it's in our thinking,it's in our attitude.

When the famous scientist Thomas A.Edison`s library+ labaratory caught fire he wasn't looking a bit upset, when questioned by his son that his whole life's asset is afire why he isn't worried “Not the asset but my mistakes are afire, the real asset is in my mind, I will rebuild everything afresh”

Today when someone loses his job he loses his sense. He may think of even commiting suicide. What it shows, people lack real asset. The money invested in knowledge yields best returns.

HONESTY IS BEST POLICY

Honesty is the answer to many ills of our Indian society
frankly speaking,our country has many many problems to solve.Corruption in every govt.dept.Inferior quality,fake things,fake currency,fake stamp papers,fake medicine,fake post stamps,fake degrees,adultrated food stuff,dishonest and corrupt bureaucrats and officers,greedy businessmen,incompetent teachers,and roguish politicians.
Even after spending money you can`t be sure of quality.Whether you buy a food packet or anything else you can`t be 100% sure of its quality or purity because the people who are authorised to check the stuff are blinded with corruption.
They are least concerned about people`s lives rather than their monthly hafta.Who cares?Everyone knows what`s happening but unable to do anything. No govt.can eradicate corruption from India unless people do something about it.
I believe that there is a solution to all these problems{the menace of corruption}and the solution is “Honesty”.If everyone does his/her duty honestly then most of our problems will be solved automatically.
If a manufecturer produces real stuff, if a shopkeeper sells real stuff at reasonable price,if a doctor treats a patient as if the patient is his son/daughter or mother/father,if a teacher teaches right stuff with a view to help his student to live a better life.....means if every individual brings a sense of duty and responsibility into his work then this world sp.our India will be a real heaven to live in and enjoy life.
The problem lies with 'dishonesty'....and a simple answer is a “HONESTY”.

Rubbish Education

Our education is just certificate oriented.

Our Indian education is impractical and depressing.
To get any job the basic educational qualification required is graduation. And to become a graduate one needs to study for 15 long years at least, the most productive and formative years of one`s life.

It`s not easy for an average parents to educate their offsprings. The difficulty starts the day parents decide to put their child into school.Getting admission into a so called good school, requires if not anything else than lots of money.

After that starts recurring expenditures in the name of school fees{term fees}uniforms, books, tuition fees. And a tiring and often boring journey of education for the child. He has to forego his childhood pleasure of playing with peers and pals in natural surrounding.
His schedule is tighter than a normal businessman. He doesn`t get enough time to think on his own.He has to follow the schedules. The schedule that will make him an ordinary man. What our education sytem does to us?????Make us a mediocre,a routine man and not a thinker,a scientist or an inventor.

Our system of education and system of our society doesn`t allow him the freedom to think differently. And if you can`t think differently you can`t be a different.

Let the child be free, the leisure hours spent in pondering will bring out his uniqueness. But we don`t allow that to happen. We often chide our children, with the famous proverb “an empty mind is devil`s workshop.

After finishing the school, the parents has to put him in some good college and again the search starts and with this expenditures too.
When the student walks out of his college with graduation degree, he has high hopes. But the high hopes soon dies down when he tries to get his first job.

He may be offered a couple of thousands rupees a month if he is lucky enough. After 15 long years learning, just a couple of thousands only. It`s a shame. Our education system is insulting and mocking.

An ordinary skilled labourer earns Rs200/ per day on average.Means Rs6000/per month whereas a graduate earns Rs2000/per month. My maid servant{an illiterate one} earns Rs2000/per months +lots of good quality foods for her whole family.{by working in 4 different homes at Rs500/ per home. With 2 french leaves.
A smart looking graduate lady works for Rs2000/ per month. Now see who is better. What`s the use of spending 15 long years in the name of education??

By observation I have found that most of big businessmen and rich people are ssc.pass or even less.It means that our education system is a complete failure. We ought to consider about it seriously.

SIMPLE LIFE

Good health is the real wealth

My late father often used to say that good health is the real wealth. And frankly speaking he possessed a really good health. He never took a tablet or visited any doctor in his entire life of 85 years.

His own definition of a happy man was......“.A person who does not owe any money to anyone, who takes just a couple of minutes in toilet for bowel cleaning, and who falls asleep immediately after lying on the bed.“

He had simplified his life in every way.He used to eat a single course meals, and we too were forced to eat the same what he used to eat.No fried food in whole year except one occasion. No electricity in home.No fancy furniture in home.

He was an early riser, perhaps the first person to get up in the morning. He used to drink a big LOTA{one kind of glass}of water in the morning then set out for his morning walk+morning ritual.

He had just 2 dresses, one for wearing and the other one for washing. He had no fancy for more clothes. We all used to get 2 dresses get stitched at our own house on every Diwali.
life was good,in fact stress-free,and without copetition. We used to sleep around 8pm and used to enjoy sound sleep.I don`t remember any day of my childhood when I was disturbed or woke up in the middle of the night.

No electricity, means no fans,no fridge,no geyser,no tv ,no iron means no elecrical gadgets. In fact I haven`t heard of electricity. No news about the world, means hundred percent tension free life.

When our village was being electrified everyone was eager to get the connection but my father opposed it.My elder brother was very much interested in having it but couldn`t do anything against the wishes of my stalwart father.

My father said to my brother that electricity is a disease,it will make you ill.
We all {except father}wanted to have it but couldn`t do anything. In fact we were not able to utter a single word before him.He was the king of the house.

He taught us many invaluable lessons which are not even in the best of schools.Though he himself was unlettered but he advocted in favour of schools and having good education.

He used to advise us that if you wish to live better life then get educated, pay attention to your learning,it will improve the quality of your life. For me my parents were my best teachers, and gurus.
I personally believe that the best school in the world is one`s own home and parents are our first teachers. And this open world is a university.Without going to any school or college we can learn many useful things from this open world if we intend and keep our eyes and ears open.

The knowledge I got from my parents is even today helps me and my family. That illiterate man taught us highly valuable lesson of life.Today we{means the world} have problems aplenty and are trapped in a vicious cycle of society and rituals.

But fortunately I am free from this trap and I live my own life in my own way without bothering about the world but I never interfere in anyone`s life.I am very much selfish in this sense.I strictly follow my father`s advice “mind your own business".
