An excellent remedy for constipation

The top secret of good health lies in natural fibers.Friends if you wish to remain energetic and enthusiastic for whole day then pay attention to your eating habits.

It's a well known fact that 'constipation'' breeds majority of illnesses.What causes constipation?Foods devoid of natural fibers, mainly bread and all the items made from refined flour, means bakery products.And upto some extent our habit of refining things.

All most all the grains, beans,vegetables and fruits have natural fibers in them mostly in the form of outer skin and husk but we habitually remove the skin.

Here are my tips to excellent health.

[1] Eeat some fruits {no juice}with the skin in your breakfast everyday without fail.
[2] Eat lots of green salads {never remove the skin}
[3]Eat chapatis made from thick flour.
[4]Chew your food well.
[5]Don't use mixer or food procesor in the kitchen.
